From weekly or fortnightly cooking sessions in your home to regular cook-ups with a mate, from becoming part of a weekly Cooking Workshop to just being part of School Holiday Workshops, we will try and find a suitable option that works for you.

A bit about what we do…

  • Our 1-1 sessions are usually two hours in your home. In a typical 2 hour session we usually prepare 1 meal and also 1 snack, depending on both ability as well as your menu choices. In a three hour session, we also incorporate going to the shops to get the ingredients.

  • We run weekly 6hr Group Workshops (10am-4pm with option of pick up and drop off) with up to 8 participants and a ratio of 1 cooking mentor per 2-3 participants. These Workshops include a trip to the shops to get our ingredients and shared lunch to enjoy what we have prepared, as well as some chill time to socialize and hang out.

  • • Cooking together - you cook with the level of help you need and wish to receive in your own kitchen

    • Looking for suitable recipes either in books or online

    • Writing shopping list

    • Going to shops to get ingredients

    • Meal planning

    • How to use your knives and any other kitchen appliances safely

    • Education about healthy food choices and serving sizes
